Despite of your very busy schedule, you have been able to create such series of
    great Novels like Baidehi,
Translated novels like Kajal (written by great Bengali writter Mr. Bimal Mitra), Chhaya Chuena Mana (written by great writer Prof. Himansu Joshi) ,
    short stories like Galpa Sambhar
poetry books like Rutambhara, Pragya O Prem.

It is difficult to imagine creating such a classic creation without Divine Blessings.

  4. "Baidehi"-an exceptional Novel by Trinath Sahoo .Baidehi is none but the most celebrated charactor in the famous Epic " Ramayana",who is otherwise depicted as "Sita", " Janaki" ,Maithali" ,"Bhumija" or"Bhumisuta" etc._the wife of Ramachandra the great .The novelist has presented the entire events related to Baidehi in her lips asif a confession and the style of presentation is somewhat of a stream of consciousness technique .The novel is a setting contrast to the famous novel by Dr. Prativa Ray "Jagnyaseni" .Jagnyaseni and Baidehi are the two great epical charectors_ one from Mahabharata and the other from Ramayana, both of them are self incarnated_ one from the sacred fire and the other from beneath the earth and are subjected to torture, humiliation and even exilement .Jagnyaseni was allalong present with her husbands_the great Pandavas where as Baidehi was forcibly taken by the demon king Ravana and was confined in Ashokvatika . Jagnyaseni has revolted against the injustice done to her and has not hesitated even to speak ill of her husbands_the Pandavas as described by Dr. Ray; but in Baidehi_ Baidehi has not whispered a single word and as a loyal wife/dharmapatni has silently endured everything without slightest hesitation which compelled the great sage Valmiki to protest against the injustice done by Rama towards Baidehi_ as depicted by sri Sahoo.
A worthy of reading book.May God bless Mr. Sahoo to create such challanging work of art.

  5. Mr. Trinath Sahoo is a Renaissance Gentleman.Who has the natural flair of composing Poetry and writing Novels.I give thanks to all the Members of 'AGRAGMI CLUB' for confering "GANGA DHAR SAMMAN" on a befitting, deserving Person like Mr. Trinath Sahoo. In BARGAH. We seldom respect our 'Betters,' who have contributed their mite to ODIYA litreture...In BARGAH "Home Grown Wisdom is never respected".I am reminded of "Benjamin Franklin" If you wouldn't like to be forgotten, When you are dead and rotten,Do Something which is Worth- remembering or Write Something, which is Worth-reading.... So I have gone through number of books, written by Mr. Trinath Sahoo, which are Worth-reading...Congratulations Sir, for being Conferred with "GANGADHAR SAMMAN".....
